"Just finished a 26 day stay at the beautiful Retro Ranch. It is our 2nd time staying there and our 3rd booking with John and Erin. We’ve always had a great stay with them. They shoot for 5-Stars and it’s not just talk. They earn them with all the perks you receive with booking their property. We reported to them that the 55 inch tv in the living room broke on Thursday morning and by 6:30 pm the same day we had a new 65 inch tv ready for March Madness. "This home is absolutely beautiful and in a great location near most everything you would need during a visit and close enough in driving distance to anything you’d want to see in Charleston! Our family has stayed in several vrbo’s and this was one of our favorites. Laura was quick to respond to any messages or questions I had so was a wonderful host. We have family here in Summerville so we will most definitely book again when we come for another visit!"

"Everything was perfect with the exception of the advertising of the games. Just to be honest, we booked this place because of the advertised "games" to play with my kids and grandson. None of the "games" were up to par to play them. Pool sticks had the tips taped on. Ping pong balls were cheap plastic with holes and do not bounce. "Great location on Lake Marion. Dock is set up for fishing and we caught a few big ones. House itself is exactly as described. Maybe not the Ritz, but it's Lake Marion. It's perfect for what it is. Very nice screened in porch looking out over the water. Almost a low country feel to the property and views. About 5 min from I-95 and 10 min from Santee Food Lion. Bedrooms were comfortable and the kitchen was equipped appropriately. Great location for a golf weekend as well - plenty of decent courses...
