"This cottage was the absolute perfect get-away for a long weekend with family and friends. The house is stocked with everything you could ever need to enjoy your stay (blankets and pillows for comfort, oil, salt, pepper, coffee, pots and pans etc. in the kitchen). "Cottage could not be more central in Wells. Access was a bit difficult via the key box, Central heating system was excellent. Very steep stairs so not so great for those less mobile. Overall, perfect for groups of about 6."

"Absolutely amazing stay thank you so much! We stayed a few weeks before Christmas and turning up to a decorated Christmas tree was a beautiful touch. The selection of games that were available for us to play in the in the evenings were great anything and everything that we needed was available. "This a very good holiday rental property. It would be hard to find any real faults. It is comfortable, well maintained and well resourced. It is in a very quiet location but within easy reach of Hunstanton for shops etc. We enjoyed our stay here very much."
