"Front desk staff when we checked in was less than accommodating and because I had booked through Expedia ( although cheaper than their discounted rate by 25-35 dollars) made us feel like second class citizens. I had previously supported and stayed at this hotel over 50-69 times over a ten year period. I will be looking for a more “accommodating” and warm reception from another hotel when I visit Walla Walla again."

"It was a clean, standard hotel that met my expectation of what La Quinta represents. I got the sense it was understaffed. When checking in, only one person was working at the desk and theree were 7 people waiting. But the front desk staff was very courteous. Breakfast was minimalistic and staff was not friendly. "Such a beautiful property outside Walla Walla. Resort was very quiet, staff was friendly and welcoming. Complimentary breakfast was made to order (from a menu selection) and was delicious. Room was cozy, but spacious and had fantastic views. "From someone with a key to another room unlocking our door, to the floor being the cleanest thing. This was the worst stay experiences the four of us have ever had. Human excrement on the couch, filthy walls, doors, ceilings and even used towels being left in the room! This was supposed to be the suite too! When my friend had called to ask if there was a pool, the man in the phone yelled NO and hung up (we saw a pool when we got there) DO NOT STAY HERE!"
