"This hotel is really great! Large, comfortable, quiet rooms. Bed was very comfortable . I like that my car is close by. Lots of places to walk my dogs. Great restaurants within a few blocks. Highly recommend!"

"I really like the Marcus Whitman hotel and have stayed there many times when My daughter, now a doctor was at Whitman College. This stay was also great….with the exception of a surprise “amenity charge of $25 when I checked in! OK, I can afford $25, arrived there on my 911 after driving from Sun Vally to my other home in Seattle. But the $25 charge came out of the blue! I did not use the amenities that this $25 was supposed to be for! Guess it falls o to the junk fee category. Anyway I think...

"Went to the first room they gave us. It smelled so strong of like a hairspray spell it immediately gave us both a headache and had to moved. Then the 2nd room. Smelled of mold. Needless to say it was not a good experience."

"Staff was rude and not helpful and had attitude"

"Room 101 had Dirty bathroom sink undrained and no repair as requested during our stay. Unfriendly daytime front desk with no direct meaningful answers to questions. Terrible coffee and breakfast options w/exception of yogurt, orange juice and bagel. Breakfast dining area was clean."
