"We love to travel. Never hotels. Always renting people’s places. Farmhouse is a highlight every year. We come at least twice in the fall for hunting trips. Most years we visit 4-5 times. Kim has always been an amazing host and the house is clean, comfortable and has everything we need. Highly recommend if you want to disconnect from the city life. "

"We stayed here with our entire family when we brought our oldest to University of Florida. It was about a 30 minute drive from the airport and about 20 minutes away from her dorm. With the car, it was easy to get everywhere we needed to be. There is a grocery store less than a mile away, which was helpful.. The inside of the house was very clean and the layout was perfect for our family. The beds were premade, and the house was stocked with basic necessities, like toilet paper, paper towels,...

"Perfect for visiting my gator. Very easy to walk to the stadium & campus, but due to heat I drove. Convenient location & short drive to retail areas & exploration of the Gainesville area. Easy self check-in. Charming area populated with many student rentals, but very quiet. Beautiful back garden & old oaks. Perfect for a family or even 2 or 3 couples.Great hosts. i highly recommend!"

"We LOVE this property and often think of the wonderful past times we've been here. The house is updated but feels like a cozy, inviting home. The grounds are beautifully well kept and we love being outside as well as inside. There are some of the most relaxing reclining chairs in their living room and the beds are so soft.
