"Nice place, nice stay. Nicely furnished and outfitted. Owner made the place available a little early at no charge, which we appreciated. Owner is also very responsive and of course friendly and helpful. Great central location. Location is generally quiet but, for those sensitive to noise, apartment does back up to a road that can be busy/noisy on the patio, and in the living room and rear (larger) bedroom. A noise machine is provided, probably for kids but nice regardless. Recommended!"

6. 3BR Ranch Near North Hills – Family Friendly & Long Stays

"Location was good for our needs, with many restaurants and grocery stores close by. It had decently comfortable beds and nice pillows. However, the house was perpetually damp - I am unsure if this was due to the excessive rain during our stay or what, but the house really needs some dehumidifiers to help with the dampness. There was literal condensation on tables and floors. Our bedding and clothes felt damp. The artificial scent things were overwhelming - I had to place one in the closet and...

"We really loved the house, view, large backyard, and the way the space was set up. Unfortunately, it was touted as a fully stocked kitchen with no need to bring anything. We quickly found out the first night while trying to cook dinner, that there were no baking pans, only 2 options out of a set of measuring cups, only 1 side of the toaster worked, and there was only 1 serving/mixing bowl. We ended up having to go out to the store to get the items we needed that we assumed would be there. Also...

12. Beautiful Modern House 5 minutes To Downtown Raleigh

Southeast Raleigh

"The listing for this property is not accurate. There is not a grill nor a fire pit. It also lists dining for 6 but there are only 4 chairs. In addition, it lists a desk chair, but there wasn’t one. There were no towel bars in the bathrooms to hang the bath towels. No hand towels were provided. The property needs a deep clean. There is also an ant problem as well as an issue with fruit flies. The proximity to 440 was convenient."

"We traveled to Raleigh for my son's NCSU orientation. The communication with Midge the owner was easy and we were able to reach her both through the VRBO platform and via text. The neighborhood was cute - all the homes were similar in size and when we walked around the block in the evening several neighbors said hello and the one directly next door offered my dad a chair for sitting outside. The home had ample mugs & cups and the living room was spacious enough for four to sit comfortably. We...
