"The house was looking tired, whilst clean it could do with refresh. The heated towel rail fell off the wall; it was a quick fix. There was also no spare rolls of toilet paper. When I rang the help line, it was not answered. I left a message but needless to say they did not bring any spare rolls."

"Property and host agent were great as was the agents web portal.BookaBach on the other hand not so great. Could not get communications or anything from them even when using an account (which was forced upon you) nor the app. Book a Bach's logon process of sending a verification code just didn't work for both the web account and the app. The code just did not get through and the phone and online support was useless and could not fix. Strangely the exact same process seemed to work just fine with...

"Great place easy walk to town and around, enjoyed a half day wine tour"

"Unit was a bit tired, but still value for money. Unfortunately I didn't realize it wasn't fenced off - dog friendly doesn't necessarily mean dog safe, but I know now to ensure I book the fully fenced unit next time. Great location, good comms, highly recommend."

"Hostel med fælles bad og toilet. Højt niveau af et hostel at være. Uengageret medarbejderstab... unge løstansatte der havde mere travlt med sig selv end med service. Gode fælles køkkenfaciliteter. Ulækker udendørsgrill. Vildt flot beliggenhed lige ned til vandet. Ingen indkøbsmuligheder i nærheden."
