Master Suite: Wake up to the sound of waves and a direct view of the Pacific from a plush king-sized bed. An ensuite bathroom is attached for privacy and convenience.
Second Bedroom: This quiet retreat features a comfortable queen-sized bed and an adjacent full bathroom, perfect for unwinding.
Additional Sleeping: The living room sofa converts to a double bed. For those traveling with little ones, a crib/Pack `n Play is also available.

Pool & Lawn: Enjoy direct access to the shared swimming pool and expansive oceanfront lawn with sun lounger chairs.

Outdoor Kitchen & Shower: Take advantage of the shared oceanfront BBQ grills in the outdoor kitchen area, and rinse off in the outdoor shower after a swim.
GUEST ACCESS:
You will have full, private access to the entire condo during your stay, plus free access to all resort amenities.
Self Check-In: Easy arrival with a smart keypad. Your code will be provided before check-in.
Parking: One reserved parking spot is located directly outside the unit with additional street side parking if needed
Accessibility: This is a first-floor, walk-in unit access is easy and convenient. An elevator is available in the building if needed for access to laundry.
Shared Amenities: Enjoy the oceanfront lawn, pool, shared BBQ grills, and on-site laundry facilities.
THE NEIGHBORHOOD:
Our condo is centrally located in a scenic and highly walkable area. A short stroll takes you to Haycraft Beach Park for sandy shores, or to a variety of local dining options, coffee shops, and ice cream parlors. The shoreline right in front of the complex is a fantastic spot for watching turtles and, in season, the majestic humpback whales.
GETTING AROUND:
With a reserved parking spot included, you have the perfect home base for exploring the island. The central Maui location offers easy driving access to popular destinations like Lahaina and Kihei, as well as a convenient route to and from the airport (OGG).
HOUSE RULES:
To ensure a peaceful stay for all guests, we ask that you observe the following complex-wide rules:
➤ Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
➤ Pool hours are from 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM.
➤ No pets are allowed.
➤ Smoking is not permitted in the unit or on the lanai.
➤ The minimum age to rent is 21.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
Privacy Wall: The master bedroom is separated from the living room by a wooden, accordion-style sliding wall that closes fully for privacy but does not lock.
Laundry: Card-operated washer and dryer facilities are located in the building, not inside the unit
Beach Gear: We provide beach gear for your convenience.
