"When we first arrived I was like what did I book for us. The outside looks alittle run down , could use alittle sprucing up. The rooms were great. It was a really nice, big, clean room the bed was comfortable. They had a good size fridgeannd they were right across the street from the beach. It was just a few feet and you are at the beach. We stayed there 2 days before going to our timeshare for a week. I would highly recommend this resort. Thanks for a great stay."

"I loved the proximity to Whaler Village where it was only a few minutes away! The beach was right by our doorstep and so was the pool and the hot tub. It was unfortunate to not have any housekeeping service throughout our six night stay. I was surprised to be among time share owners and felt a bit awkward whenever I used the pool and hot tub. Four out of six nights did a big group of time share owners seem to have their private party in the shared/common areas."

"Området var ok men enndel larm. Vores lejlighed lå i skygge, der blev saver og lavet havearb hver dag...også meget tidligt....ved vores dør. Wifi var meget dårligt"

"Great property! Self check-in is quick and easy. Bell service takes luggage and any kind of groceries up to the room. Pools and beach access was a dream. Would definitely recommend to families!"

"The shower in the 2nd bath by kitchen shower head was like razor blades!!! Horrible!!! Painful!! Check in for vehicle was ridiculous! Couldn’t register my car!! Than threatened I’d better do it. I tried and tried.Patio by bedroom couldn’t open door to sit out there! Not cleaned. Would have Been nice to sit there for breakfast meal. "

"Being on the beach was key. Hotel staff were excellent, though noticed a couple of things which seem to slip and probably due to Covid and now Trump. I had to call for housing keeping for towels as no one showed up first first 5 days. The dryer door came off in the hinge at top (just needed screws tighten). The room was good, but a couple of things which were needing attention, this is not a 4.6 star .... closer to 4. Though I'm sure when travel to US is not an issue, this beautiful place...

"We had a wonderful stay here as a family of five everybody slept comfortably and everything was here for us. The owners thought of everything you might possibly need. I do wish the Wi-Fi password would have been more accessible. But we had a wonderful stay. "

"It’s a lovely and quiet area the beach is right across the street. Restaurant and shopping center are within a 10 to 15 min walk. They also provide towels, chairs, an umbrella and a cooler to use to take with you to the beach. The place is very clean and I cannot wait to go back."

"I will say the listing is very accurate. Unfortunately, I assumed all properties on West Maui had air-conditioning and they don’t. Totally my fault for looking at the pretty pictures and not reading the details. The property was as described after I did read it. The view is spectacular. Unfortunately, for me, I do not like warm condos so the no air-conditioning was not comfortable. If you don’t mind your condo in the mid 70s, then this place will suit You just fine. For me, I will only book with...

"Mermaids Palace was wonderful!! This place is a perfect location and beautiful view, we could hear the ocean every night we slept with the door open. This was a great location for everything we did. Foodshopping was about 20 min away and made breakfast some mornings, the condo was well stocked. We at breakfast one morning at the Gazebo down the road and that was amazing food and view!! We loved the road to Hana and the sunset on Haleakalā were perfect. The condo was also stocked with a small...

"The view out of the lanai was absolutely perfect, the highlight for us. The unit was also clean and had everything we needed for the stay. Location-wise pretty good, central to things we were doing."
