What a lovely stay! The condo is immaculately clean and is stocked with absolutely everything you could need, plus items in the kitchen and bathrooms in case you forget anything. Everything is in excellent working order. The grounds are very well cared for and lovely. There are tons of chairs to use in the pool area. At the time we visited there was no beach, only a cordoned-off seawall. There is a small public beach only about 500 feet away. The pool is very clean. It's "solar heated" which meant that is was a bit too cold for me. The whale watching from the lanai is excellent! Lots of breaches, fin slapping, etc. Kate even left decent binoculars. Perfect! Kate is a perfect hostess; quick to respond, kind, and generous. Don't sleep on this unit! You won't be sorry.

The condo was wonderful! It was very well stock, better than any other VRBO's we have stayed at. It was very clean, beds are comfortable. The view from the lanai was beautiful. The location was fantastic. It was not crowded. The beach was quiet. Kate, the owner, was very attentive, gave great information about the area, suggestions on activities and restaurants. She definitely cares about your experience, I would recommend this condo to everyone.

10/10 stars—a perfect score! The host goes above and beyond, offering lightning-fast communication and a comprehensive packet of information on local activities, dining, and area tips. The unit is pristine, oceanfront, and completely outfitted with all the necessities to make it feel like home. The central location is a bonus!It is centrally positioned on the island and within easy walking distance of the marina for those planning any boat excursions, and Starbucks is also just steps away for those who need their cup of Joe!For anyone who shares my fear of bugs, rest assured: we didn't see a single one during the entire stay.I highly recommend this unit to any family or friends planning a trip to Maui, and it will be my first choice for accommodation on future visits to the island.

This condo served as the base of operations for the third leg of our trip, back on Maui after several days over on the Big Island. Everything was neat and tidy and the communication with Kate prior and during the trip was great. The unit had everything that we needed. It was wonderful being right by the ocean. I think it is important that you know yourself, your family and what you want. It's not the Four Seasons and it doesn't try to be-it's a solid condo rental right on the ocean, up by the Maalaea Harbor and it was perfect for what we wanted (easy access to Wailuku and the island of Lana'i). We would definitely stay again. While not an issue for us, I do want to note two things for others. First, the front bedroom does not have AC so we used a fan(provided) to pull in air from the living room. And second, as noted by others and I think in the listing-there is no beach directly in front of the unit, you just have to go a few yards down. Thank you Kate.

Amazing view! Super clean! Well stocked! Has everything you need! The view is so beautiful and we saw several turtles off the balcony. Wonderful beds and linens. This condo is very well stocked with everything you need beach chairs, umbrella, boogie board, snorkel equipment. We loved the beach next to the complex, and the pool was fantastic. This location is centrally located, and makes a great starting point for everything to see in Maui. The host Kate was super kind and gave us several tips, she also checked in with us to make sure everything was good. 10000% would book this again!!

Home away from home

Our vacation in Maui was great. The condo was wonderful. The view from the balcony was incredible. We had everything we needed. Everything was well labeled and easy to find. It was very clean. The beach was just a short walk away and was everything I had anticipated when imagining a beachfront condo. We saw monk seals and turtles from our deck. The harbor access was wonderful. We were so close to nice restaurants and stores. The fishing excursion we went on was a short five minute drive to the boat. Kate was a great hostess and gave us all the information we needed to have a great stay. If I ever returned to Maui, I will definitely contact her again. Once again, thank you for everything

We couldn't have been happier with our stay! The ease of check-in, parking and check-out took a lot of stress out of a first time VRBO rental experience! Kate kept in touch from the moment I made the reservation with tips and suggestions for the area and to make sure we were taken care of. The location was perfect for our home base. Dream Vacation

Our first trip to Maui was beyond anything we could have imagined, and this condo only improved the experience. It is beautifully decorated and well stocked. Stunning ocean view right on the beach!

Location was outstanding with direct access to miles of pristine beach - great for morning walks! The lanai felt private and provided the most beautiful and serene view of the ocean. It’s truly located right above the beach and was so peaceful to hear the waves. There’s good snorkeling in the rocks right in front. The condo is very clean and tidy, with modern updates to the kitchen and bathrooms. Kitchen is well stocked and the community grill was perfect for easy dinners. There are plenty of beach towels and chairs/umbrella. Above all, Kate provided exceptional service with excellent communication and follow through to ensure her guests have a wonderful experience in her inviting home. I was so happy I chose to stay here. I highly recommend!

Beautiful views, great location, nice place. I only gave it four stars, you can’t access the beach anymore from the resort, because of storm damage. You have to walk two resorts down and enter from the park. Otherwise my sisters and I had a great time.

Lovely Condo in Ideal Location

We loved every moment of the stay, except getting caught in a downpour in Hana! The central location was perfect for every direction we went whether it was south for a luau, East for Hana, upcountry for Haleakala or west for a wonderful dinner at Mala tavern. We watched whales everyday from the lanai and saw green turtles near the seawall every afternoon. We took advantage of the pool most days and had no issues finding a chaise to use. The condo is totally stocked with everything we needed and we loved being able to do laundry so we could just bring a carry on. We had a few questions during the trip and Kate was very swift to answer. Great host experience. I appreciated all of the information Kate communicated before the trip. It’s a lovely place and we hope to return very soon! Mahalo for everything!

Great view, nice, really nice condo

This was a fully stocked condo so that only food I’d cook myself was needed. Great views, noisy surf but it’s the ocean! Terrific beds, bath, and decent if not anything parking. Cool pool and short distance to the rest of Maui, sans Lahaina. Don’t attempt to go up there. Not ready to receive visitors despite what Gov Green says.

Wonderful Family Vacation Spot

Our family enjoyed our stay in this beautiful condo with amazing views. The condo is fully stocked with all the necessities, including a great selection of items for the beach. We loved listening to the waves from the balcony, and visiting the beach right next to the property. The beds and pillows were extremely comfortable. Kate provided all the details needed to make checking in and out a breeze. She also went above and beyond to make sure we were safe, since the fires broke out during our stay. Highly recommend this condo if you’re looking to visit Maui, you won’t be disappointed.

Breath Taking Views

The rental was absolutely immaculate. She makes sure to have all the extra's and its well organized. It was a perfect stay for my family. I will recommend Kate's rental to anyone interested in going to Maui!

Wonderful vacation!

Owner was very responsive. Condo was clean and it was so nice to see spices and condiments already in the fridge. The place had everything we could need. Even bandaids! Definitely recommend this place!

Perfect location

This was our first time in Maui. This property is a central location to adventure from in all directions. The view from the balcony was amazing and we loved waking up and returning to it each day. The property owner was very communicative throughout the booking and stay process, ensuring everything was ok. The unit was spotless and had everything we needed to make the trip easy.

Amazing Property, Great Location!

This property was perfect for our family, including my 2 teenage boys! It was very comfortable and roomy! The second bedroom was set up for them and the unit was stocked with everything we needed (beach towels, a cooler, beach chairs, etc)! Kate was such a gracious host and has really thought of everything! She was a great communicator and the check in / out process was super easy! The location is perfect, too! It was about 30 minutes from Wailea or Lahaina! Oh, and the view is amazing from the balcony!!!!!

Great condo & location

Great view, condo was as described online. Clean, cozy & in a nice area. Condo is well stocked with beach toys, towels, sand toys chairs & cooler. Total beach vaca treat! Co do also we’ll stocked with toilet paper & necessities. We didn’t need to buy any paper towel, silverware, t.p, ect. I also appreciate that they let prior guests leave unopened drinks & condiments in fridge. Soo helpful! Loved our stay we all agreed we’d stay here again if we visit Maui!

The property was very clean and well stocked with beach supplies and detail information on the condo. The property manager provided great information on things to do. we were walking distance to the harbor where there was shopping a small grocery and a few restaurants. easy commute to Kihei and Lahaina. we had a great stay.
