"Our family really enjoyed staying on this property. This condo had everything we needed. The AC in the master bedroom did not work for us at all during our stay, but it didn’t discomfort us at all. The property manager did come asap and try to work on it. We slept with the door open and the strong AC from the living room flowed into the bedroom. We also plugged in a small fan that was available in our room. Bugs were a problem. Even though we kept all doors and windows shut, we were swarmed...

"We had a great stay here. The downstairs unit has a fantastic porch with multiple sitting areas—we loved coming out in the mornings to have coffee and catch up on some work. The tall ceilings and spacious living area made it feel open and comfortable, and you can tell a lot of thought went into the design to give it a true Hawaii feel.The interior spaces were done really well, and having laundry in the unit was super helpful. "Property was exactly as described. Great view of ocean. Centrally located for convenient access to different parts of the island. Interactions with property management were smooth. Major storm knocked out power night prior our departure, but I don’t think it’s reasonable to hold that against anyone but the weather. "

What began as a small ant issue quickly escalated into a full infestation of flying insects entering through gaps in the door where weather stripping was missing.
