"Perfect size room for a couple. Nice amenities including Kona coffee and some small treats to hold you until you get to a store. Also loved having beach chairs and towels provided. The balcony was tiny, but it was nice to have access to the outside and there was an ocean view from there. Owner was quick to respond. Would come back!"

"We were at Kamaole Sands for eight nights nine days in 7/2025. This is a beautiful unit with amazing views of the beach and mountains. It’s literally a 3 minute walk across the street or you could drive and park for free. We absolutely loved our stay. This unit had everything you could ever need for a week. We especially appreciated the high-quality beach chairs, umbrella and towels that were provided. Everything was very clean and immaculate. There was a small issue when we first checked...

"Property management was extremely accommodating to our early check in needs to drop our stuff off. Huge patio to enjoy your morning coffee and book, close to the beach, and great staff. I would stay here again in a heartbeat!"

"If you’re here on July 4th, the fireworks display is AMAZING from the lanai. Nice big pool, short (10-15 minute) walk to beach (swam with a sea turtle- wow!!!), and 1 minute walk to the brewery, breakfast food, and Italian food. The ocean is visible from the patio and living room. AC worked great. "

"We truly enjoyed our stay. So nice to have AC! And the beach chairs, beach umbrella and ice chest. The location was great - central and close to all the beaches. The room was very clean and the bed was comfy. Close to the pool. Just know that there is no elevator. You walk up a flight of stairs. Refrigerator is small, no ice. But you can easily get ice from local stores. Perfect for a couple. Enjoy!"

"Nice renovated interior! Maybe replace jalousy windows with insulated double pane glass in future to be more energy efficient. Washer dryer is outdated and noisy but still works. Nice kitchen but lacks cooking condiments…,cooking oil, soy sauce, vinegar, zip bags, surround wrap, etc. but utensils are new."

"We loved staying here! The property is lovely and the lanai was perfect for sunsets. It has everything you need and you can walk anywhere you need to go. Will be back! "
