"Troy is a great host. Cottage is very clean and well equipped. Beds very comfortable. Good heating. Location is interesting, certainly not in the finest part of Wagga but locals were all friendly. Local shops including excellent Indian restaurant are an easy walk."

"Our Stay was lovely overall. On arrival the aircon had been put on meaning the house was a lovely escape from a hot summer day. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. Only real issue with the house wasn’t an issue at all and that was the windows had some cobwebs (no spiders). Was wonderful value for a large group of us including a 6 month old."

"This property was excellent with plenty of room for everyone! It was very clean and well equipped. Very handy with shops so close. Would highly recommend this accommodation. We stayed there for my son's graduation from Kapooka and i would recommend it to those doing the same."

"Lovely spacious house with all the amenities you’ll need and more. The listing was accurate and had no issues with appliances, however instructions for the oven and stove would be nice. One issue we found however was that the floors needed a sweep and a mop, there were crumbs and stains in multiple locations. Overall a great stay."
