"Cute place with a great front porch. Nice sized kitchen that is fully stocked with needed items to cook. Loved the coffee bar and coffee pods provided. The back bedroom unfortunately did not have a queen sized bed. It is only a double bed. We could also hear the guest in the back of the house when in the back bedroom, too (the nest rental) It was a little odd when we first heard the person. We honestly didn’t think the walls would’ve been that thin. Im sure the guests could hear us as well...

"We are three ladies of a certain age on a trip to visit my son for All University Sing and to enjoy Waco. What we enjoyed most was this house! It was so perfect for each of us to have our own en-suite! The house was supplied well and provided everything we needed. We also really enjoyed the location! Close to everything we needed. Charmaine was a wonderful host and communicating with her was a breeze! Thank you for a great long weekend in Waco! "

"Overall the property was good. We just didn't have wifi so no tv or phone. The property does say no cleaning fee and I should have paid attention to that as the place was not as clean. Hand/finger prints on doors and furniture that could easily be wiped off, hair in shower walls and under the bed/couch area was so dusty and found underwear that could easily be swept, also found a broken iron and the remote batteries were not good.
