Shower head was handheld and the fixed holder for the handheld shower head was about 4 feet high on the wall. If you are over 4 feet you cannot take a proper shower. This room (120) should not be offered to guests until they install a proper shower and do some cleaning!"

"What I DID NOT like was… I stayed in room 403 and on our balcony there is 1 huge flood light for the entire building and it’s hooked from our balcony and lights it up. Insects are attracted to the light, so not only are you blinded by it, you have bugs flying everywhere and its super bright on the balcony. "Floor was clean in main room, mop boards were dirty. Bathroom was on the edge of dirty. Deadbolt did not work. We did not report this to mgmt. Towels were stained, but appeared clean. We stayed two nights but not likely to return. Had a decent price and that is why we stayed the two nights."

"The room was filthy my grandson was with me and his bed had a message carved into the headboard it stated ( I f***for funds) very unacceptable and the pool was nasty and locked it was so bad I checked out a day early and was so upset I cut the whole trip short checked out and went home and I also woke up itchy with red bite marks probably from bedbugs as a matter of fact I need my money refunded from the second night"
