Lejlighedshoteller i Øvre Ticino

"The cleaning was not acceptable for a superior apartment and especially not for the money spent! There were cigarette buds outside and hair all over the bed sheets. There was only one good bed and the TV was barely working. I also did not have a good check-in experience. They also claimed that I had not paid, which I had. The view was nice but for the money we paid I expect a higher standard. "

"We were sent a code for the property via a WhatsApp chat and check in was very easy. It was a short walk from the train station and we could walk to the lake, funicular and olive grove walk so the location was excellent. The apartment was very compact so I would check the floor space before booking. There were no dishwasher tablets or coffee grounds for the machine but these can be bought downstairs.
