"Had a great stay here, perfect size for my wife and I, clean place, host was great. Liked the layout, having everything combined in one room, except the bathroom. Kitchen had everything we needed. There was a lot of extra food and kitchen supplies left there from previous guests that we were able to use as well. The roosters crowed most of the night, but we were warned about that, and as long as we had a fan going the noise didn’t bother. It was a great value for the money, for a place to stay...

"This was a perfect place for my son and I to stay, with a bedroom for me and a couch for him. The hostess was super nice, and they even left us some fresh local fruit! Everything is newly updated and nice, and the neighborhood is quiet except for the frogs. Highly recommend!"

"Pros: Property was clean and smelled good as soon as you walk in. Big property, nice parking, quiet area, good location near major attractions. Cons: No sink in the kitchen. Especially annoyed that they ask for you to clean all the dishes before you leave. I don’t know what they’re thinking. "We arrived in Hawaii only to find our booking had gone out of business and forgot to remove their VRBO ad. But we found Paradise Palms available at the last minute. Sharon and Steve worked with us and VRBO to help us straighten everything out. And we spent 3 days in the area and it was beautiful. Every day was a new adventure. "
