"The hotel was super new and top class, but the best thing was the people and the customer service. After checking out I had a problem with my car which ws parked in the hotels excellent car park. The car wouldn't start and these incredible staff helped to find a new battery, they took me to the car parts shop, translated for me and helped me install it. Sometimes you can lose faith in people but this hotels technician (who I did not get his name, but was so helpful) and the amazing hotel manager...

"Nyt hotel i god stand, som er fint til prisen. Hotellet ligger et lille stykke uden for byen, men man kan gå af en fin boulevard derind på 20 minutter.
Receptionisten ved check-in var virkelig ikke serviceminded, og hverken kiggede på os eller snakkede til os. De andre receptionister var flinke og hjælpsomme.
Værelset var rent og i fin stand. Lidt hårde senge, og ærgerligt at der ikke var et lille køleskab."

"Staff are wonderful the check-in was easy. The room was beautifully appointed and had modern facilities everywhere. I would’ve gotten a great night sleep except there was ruckus noise outside on the street which kept me awake. I also didn’t see any blackout curtains although there might’ve been, which meant that light was pouring into the room all night. I really love this hotel and will definitely come back and I hope they can sort out some of the problems. "

"Charming boutique hotel tucked away in central Sofia. Recently renovated, with cozy rooms and comfortable beds. The staff were exceptionally friendly and went out of their way to prepare an early morning breakfast and to arrange a taxi to the international bus station, which was a huge help as we had a lot of luggage."
