"Sapphire Bay Villa 1, very spacious and clean. Villa needs a bit of TLC to bring it back to Luxury price that the owners are requiring. Everything was working fine but a few fixtures and furnishings are old and need replacing. We had a lovely stay and the Manageress Mrs Va and Joe the maintenance man looked after us well. They are what made our stay excellent. We would definitely stay again but hopefully the price reflects the condition of the villa next time."

"Fantastic little spot in a quiet neighbourhood with plenty to do close by. Great to have the pool to cool off in when you're not used to the Fiji heat. Highly recommend as a great family holiday home"

"A practical feature of this place that makes it convenient for larger groups of people is that one bathroom is separated into a room with the toilet, one bathroom with the sink and counter and one bathroom with a shower. So in effect three different people can do that have to if needed. There were 6 of us and we were comfortable. The kitchen is well equipped, the place is super clean, and there are large bay windows with amazing views of the water. I only wsh there were screens on the doors so...

"The house has all the comforts of home and met our needs for our short stay. The road leading to the house is dicey, so it's highly recommended that you arrange transportation in a vehicle with good tires and high clearance because of all the dips and potholes on the dirt roads. "The host goes out of his way to make you feel at ease and answered questions we didn't even know we had. Restaurants and shopping are walking distance away and some amazing snorkelling and baby shark sightings out past that Maui jetty. Their garden is spectacular and all done by hand and Dee's brewed coffee is better than even Cafe Planet's up the road. 10/10 will try again . Thank you Ken and Dee :)"

"This is the place to be if you're looking for a peacefull and tranquil location. Brilliat host and top of the range accomodation. Definately recommending to anyone is looking for a place for a family get together or just to get away. Will definitely stay here again.again. "

"We had such a great time here at the Flying Fish Villa! The house was stunning— beautifully furnished and very clean. There was room for everyone and everything. We cooked most nights and the kitchen was so easy to use. It was the perfect location, near Pacific Harbour, yet secluded enough to enjoy the solitude. We loved having coffee and on the deck in the morning with the birds. Russell and Seni were very responsive anything arose. We dove twice with Beqa Adventure Divers and explored Suva and...

Kind staff, spread-out resort, small room issues

"Great unit with ample space and good facilities. As everywhere in Fiji, the staff was super kind and helpful. Note that the resort is stretched out along the coast. So you have to factor in time for walking or using the complimentary shuttle microbus or golf cart transfers. Only issues: our unit was on the ground floor and had a lot cockroaches. Mostly small, but they kept coming. Also, because we were there in the humid season (early April), the aircondition led to wet floors due to condensation. Not great building design."
