"The hotel didn't have our reservation. We had to wait to see if there was a room for us. This is really the worse thing that can happen when traveling in a distant place with heavy luggage. I don't know why they didn't have my reservation when I had received multiple confirmations. Will be back again
"Have stayed at Quest Hotel twice now and will stay there again in the future. This time only for a one night stay. Had to catch a plane next day. Check-in and check-out was smooth and fast. Wifi is stable. Service is good. Room was decent too. The breakfast buffet is great with free juices and coffee included. Pool, poolbar and gym on 7th floor. Location is great. Just across to Ayala Mall where there are many options to eat and shop. Unfortunately, it is not that easy to cross the street to the mall because of traffic and no pedestrian crossing near the hotel. There were a few downsides to my stay. I found dust balls under the table, hair etc under the furniture. A long hair stcking to the bathroom wall. I did not say anything about since it was only a one night stay and it did not something that bothered my sleep. Nevertheless great stay and will be back again."
