"This is a beautiful classic hotel. The check-in was very smooth and we were greeted very warmly with a welcome drink. The breakfast buffet was generous and had an ample selection of fresh fruits, and you could also request eggs to order. The surrounding areas is very safe and walkable and it’s nearby a large shopping center. The staff is very welcoming and kind. On the upper level there is a spa and a steam bath. We used the steam bath the one evening we were there and it was a nice treat."

"It was a great stay, all staff were kind and courteous, i was well taken care of for the items that i needed, the staff always had someone on shift who could speak english, since i didnt know enough spanish yet.
