"This is a beautiful classic hotel. The check-in was very smooth and we were greeted very warmly with a welcome drink. The breakfast buffet was generous and had an ample selection of fresh fruits, and you could also request eggs to order. The surrounding areas is very safe and walkable and it’s nearby a large shopping center. The staff is very welcoming and kind. On the upper level there is a spa and a steam bath. We used the steam bath the one evening we were there and it was a nice treat."

Der var en masse småfejl på værelser. Ingen vinduer der kunne åbne, brusedøren kunne ikke holde sig lukket, skabsdør gik imod loftet, AC virkede ikke helt, man kunne nærmest ikke lukke døren til toilettet.
Overordnet rigtig fint, særligt god morgenmad og søde tjenere i restauranten. "

"Breakfast was excellent. Other meals had little taste and were fairly bland. Disappointing for the money paid. However everything else was fantastic ! Should have more english speakers in the restaurants in the evenings. Excellent place and staff. "

Turn down service included a hot water bottle in my bed, a pleasant surprise. The breakfast was a continental, fresh juice and a hot entree was delicious. The only place I want to stay in Bogota. "

Almost everything is very good at this hotel. Nice staff. The only negatve we could come up with is the one evening they forgot to turn off for the pool, but they quickly turned it off after we complained."
