"Love it love it love it! Felt like a home away from home. My kids loved the stairs and upstairs space for sleeping and play, my husband loved the loaded kitchen with a laundry unit!!! I loved the grounds and coffee shop overlooking the pond with a lot of lovely geese and green space. The private bedroom downstairs so we didn't share a room with the kids. Close proximity to Colonial Williamsburg! It was our favorite stay out of the 7 places we rented on our road trip. Only thing I could live...

"Overall a wonderful stay. However, I would suggest more help at the front desk. We checked in on a Thursday night at the start of a holiday weekend. There was only one person checking everyone in, with a line from the reception desk to the front door. I applaud Demetria, who checked us in, for maintaining exemplary composure and for repeatedly expressing gratitude for everyone’s patience. Her calm and pleasant demeanor was refreshing. "

Our stay was in early January so the gas fireplace in the unit was a welcomed plus. We are big fans of Colonial Williamsburg so we greatly appreciated that we could walk to the historic buildings, homes, and shops from the condo. "This was the perfect place for our family trip to Colonial Williamsburg. The unit was huge (it was actually two units with a connecting door) with two kitchens, three bedrooms, and multiple TVs. The recreation center and pool was great for the kids."

"Exterior property was in great shape. Could have used a small blower to get the pine needles away from the pool and hot tub. We ended up having to change our room at the last minute due to some unknowns with the owner. Seems like the resort should have been able to let the VRBO property managers know earlier. "The ceiling was low, bathroom sink was clogged. Bathroom floor needs work. Property was clean and beds were comfortable. Loved being at the beach. They have a different Property i stayed at on an earlier date that was great. Although we didnt care for the mentioned things, the process was easy and the owners were good to deal with."
