"This is the best hotel we've ever stayed at -- almost seemed like a luxury hotel. Over a three-night stay, front dest clerks were friendly, helpful and always at their post, greeting us as we came and went during the day and evening. "Delivery fee for food was ridiculous just to ride an elevator to my room. Bar staff was great. Front desk staff was understanding and amazing! As always rooms were clean , hotel smelled great. Cliental has changed , not for the good. Better room service food options would be appreciated and no service fee. We tip well. That should be enough . "

"The desk clerk was very pleasant & got us set up for 2week parking & even had coffee made in the lobby,which was very much appreciated. The room was nice & the bed was comfortable. Shuttle to airport was on-time. Room temperature was easy to adjust. Will be staying another night on our return trip from Colorado. Would recommend this Hampton Inn to family & friends. B&S from Va."
