"Just perfect! Everything we needed for a fantastic beach vacation. Plenty of space for two families, a fully functional kitchen and bathrooms stocked with the essentials, a locker with beach supplies (a beach cart, chairs, a sun umbrella, beach towels). "Great experience overall. The condo is connected to a restaurant/bar so there were times where we could hear noises coming from what we assumed was the kitchen. It was not a ‘keep you up all night’ type of situation but just be aware for people who are sensitive to noise. "

"Neat and clean and in a great location, this townhouse was perfect for our family of 5. We had evening walks to get ice cream, early morning sunrises and plenty of time at the beach. The condition of the property was great. The beds were comfy and each room had a nice recently renovated bathroom. There's also a half bath on the main floor. It's a vertical home with stairs. "The location was perfect, we enjoyed being able to walk everywhere we wanted to go. When we reached out for help with the check in they were very helpful and accommodating. The space was nice and the bed slept great. We did see some dust/cobwebs and the rain shower head could use a good cleaning. However, We would definitely stay here again. "

"The location of this unit and the space you get is fantastic! It’s very updated, spacious, comfortable beds, and everything you need for a vacation! A few things we noticed were the bathrooms not being very clean; there was hair left in the tub and sink, and a half drunk bottle of pop in the fridge, leading us to believe it wasn’t thoroughly cleaned beforehand. The biggest issue we had was the pool not being open. This was our main reason for staying here and it put a damper on our plans. Other...

"Very pleased with the location and unit itself. Right next to the steps but luckily my son wasn’t bothered. I was pleasantly surprised and will definitely choose to stay again. My only complaint is with chincoteague as a whole - way too many flies and mosquitoes. "
