Vacation in our stunning two-story oceanfront penthouse condo offering spacious luxury and breathtaking views of the Atlantic Ocean and Back Bay. Watch sunrises over the sand and sunsets over the bay from two oversized wraparound balconies. With four bedrooms, four bathrooms, and spacious kitchen and living area, this beautifully designed condo is perfect for family vacations and relaxing in ocean breezes.

Step inside and be greeted by sweeping ocean views and an open floor plan filled with natural light from floor-to-ceiling windows. The Sanctuary complex has three pools (one is oceanfront), two gyms, multiple outdoor grills and eating areas next to pool, and NEW for 2026: Sanctuary Arcade! Pool open annually from the beginning of June to the end of August for guest use. Pool dates and hours are weather permitting and at the Condo Association's discretion.
