In addition to the usual vrbo amenities, there was a tv in the bedrooms - great for our teen. I was also pleased by the beach chairs, bag and umbrella in the closet.

MJ was a great host. Very prompt, thorough, and responsive when I had questions. The unit was exactly as described and had all the things we needed to make our stay comfortable and hassle free (I.e. beach chairs, games, fully equipped kitchen, a beach umbrella, etc.). The location was very convenient and central. The pool was a plus.

This place is perfect. Clean, well updated, location is great. The Harris Teeter next door is so convenient. We were traveling as part of a large group that stayed other buildings and areas and I heard from more than one family that their neighborhoods was noisy and they were woken by music or street noise - not here! I slept like a baby, that king bed was so comfortable and the area was so quiet! Being able to walk to the beach for the fireworks on the 4th of July was worth the price of the place just looking at the cars “parked” on the side streets trying to leave afterwards! Our host was so helpful and quick to respond. I could not be more happy with how this stay worked out and would stay here again without question.

Perfect for a family vacation

Property is as described: great location, well stocked and CLEAN. Host responded promptly from booking through check out. Host was courteous and helpful. One of the guests has severe asthma and requested fragrance free cleaners. The host went above and beyond when meeting this request. We will stay here again in the future.

Nice Condo

We really liked this condo. Very clean. Nice linens, mattresses and pillows. Nice TV’s in each room with good television service and fast internet. Plenty of room for the family. Everything was updated and working. The walk to the boardwalk and beach was easy. The building is nicer than it looks from the outside. It was convenient to have the Harris Teeter near by. We usually go to OCMD but if we we go back to VA Beach we’ll definitely try for this condo again.

Didn’t particularly like the TV stations and I definitely didn’t like that. I had to leave by 10 o’clock in the morning. Had to spend my afternoon the night before preparing for exiting the property when you have a small child it’s a lot to do.

Great location, well stocked!!!

We had the best time. The condo was fully stocked with all the essentials and even extras. Our family has multiple food allergies and prevents us from dining out. This kitchen was so well stocked with all the things possible for me to continue to provide delicious home cooked meals for my family. The host was so kind and thoughtful. Having to pack so much already due to our health issues, it was sooo appreciated to have the host provide all the essentials instead of just 1 trash bag and 1 roll of toilet paper like other condos we've rented. Very grateful. They also provided beach chairs, boogie boards, and extra beach towels. They really went above standard here and it made our trip really enjoyable!!! The condo was very clean, great location. We walked everywhere. We would definitely stay here again.
