We wanted for nothing on this trip. It's fully stocked and very comfortable! We enjoyed the sunsets off the pier and the kayaking was quality.

Sea La Vie is a hidden gem! Small and cozy, perfect for a couple. Tucked in a quiet community making it a calm and restful space. An easy walk to the beach, but because it’s set right on the bay you can also simply relax next to the water while enjoying your morning coffee on the porch. The hosts, Badria and Jay, have curated a space filled with thoughtful details and have implemented a simple check-in and checkout process. We would absolutely stay again.

This is a lovely cottage with gorgeous bay views with sunsets. A quick walk to the beach and easy access to the back bay preservation area. The cottage was immaculate and very well appointed. We had a wonderful time.

Very Accommodating!

Place was awesome. Initially seemed small but actually was nice to be close to my wife. They thought of everything and we cooked a few nights just to stay in and eat on that deck. Grill worked great, view was amazing, just an awesome place.

Beautiful spot right on the water. This felt almost like a houseboat! Though is one of the older mobile homes in the park, the inside is very clean and contains everything you could possible need with some thoughtful little extras. It is listed as being able to host 4 but I think you might be hard-pressed to comfortably accommodate that many. The fold out couch would be a very tight squeezed for 2 and it is very firm (my husband slept here since the double bed was too small for the both of us). The outside deck and spaces could use a little upkeep i.e. pressure washing, raking yard, etc. Be aware this is somewhat of an insect mecca and spiderwebs form on everything in the blink of an eye. Bikes, kayaks and outdoor furniture need to be brushed down before use each time unless you're ok with cobwebs - which I decidedly am not. Luckily- the view from the deck is captivating enough you'll forget all about them. Absolutely glorious sights especially at sunset.

Communication, cleanliness, and location was very Good. We enjoyed our stay, but the comfort level could be improved. The bed was too small for my husband and I. We ended up sleeping in separate beds. A full size bed and a small pull out sofa which were both very hard and hard to sleep on and left my back hurting. The bathroom was very tiny with very little water pressure and not ideal. Overall we had a good time but fixing these things would make a huge impreovement.

Staying at this adorable place on Back Bay was a real treat. Very nice gated rv/tiny house community. Everything you need for a comfortable stay, including luxurious bathrobes! Special extras for our fur babies. Nice porch with retractable screens. Fishing from the dock. Clear detailed instructions and quick replies from hosts. I highly recommend this sweet gem of a place.

This tiny house right on the Back Bay in Sandbridge Va is in a community of recreational vehicles which have been made stationary in a beach neighborhood between the ocean beach and the Northern Back Bay. The house has a full kitchen, one bathroom, sleeps four, snugly, or two comfortably, and has an outdoor shower. The community is a one block walk to the ocean and our house faced southwest and was on the Back Bay, dock included. The community has a couple swimming pools and a nice beach restaurant, Baja, a short walk away. Our little house was called Sea La Vie and offered two kayaks for the use of occupants and two beach bicycles. The Back Bay Refuge was a level ride away on the bikes. Very fun community offering fun beach, ocean, and bay activities. Our hosts were very accommodating and friendly and we enjoyed every minute in this tiny beach house including sunsets and stargazing.

Great place!

Sea La Vie was cute, comfortable, and clean. We really enjoyed sitting out on the covered deck & boat dock to enjoy the beautiful view. Great hosts with excellent communication, very quick to respond to messages.

There was a huge rain storm as we were approaching our rental, which flooded the road that was necessary to enter the area. Our hosts were on the phone with us, helping us to get a hotel in the area that accommodated pets. They graciously deducted one night from our rental fee as well.The cottage itself was cozy, clean, and comfortable, and included many special touches such as a dog toy for our pup, a basket of snacks, and a lavender sachet and slippers on the bed. The view of the bay was beautiful!It was a relaxing and enjoyable stay!

We spent 4 wonderful days at Sea La Vie.

Sea La Vie is a cozy cottage where we were able to relax and unwind sitting by the bay on a sunny dock. Peaceful environment. Just a short walk to Sandbridge Beach and a short drive to Virginia Beach. Lots of restaurants nearby. We very much enjoyed our time there. Badria and Jay were thoughtful and attentive hosts.

Best rental we’ve ever been to!!!

What a treasure! I am a professional traveler and have stayed at some spectacular hotels in amazing and exotic places around the world. This was easily one of the best travel experiences we’ve had and we cannot wait to return. The hosts have literally thought of EVERYTHING and the home is so well-appointed. I would love to keep this spot a secret, but the hosts are amazing and deserve acknowledgement for such amazing hospitality!

Great views, clean & organized!

This is a great property and the pictures are 100% accurate. It has great views, many amenities, and was very clean. It also had all the extras: well stocked kitchen, plenty of towels/bedding, and bikes/boats. EVERYTHING was labeled and this made it exceptionally easy to slide right into vacation mode (and not spend time trying to figure out how to turn something on or the location of an item)!! Communication with the hosts was excellent too.

Amazing Place

My husband and I stayed for a few nights with our dog. I cant express how amazing this place is. We have been to a lot of beaches and beach houses and this by far was our favorite. The hosts did everything to make our stay easy and relaxing. We came during tropical storm Debbie, and the host kept us update with the weather every step of the way. The cottage was clean, fully stocked amenities (even phone chargers), with beautiful views. I would recommend this place to everyone. We plan on making this place our yearly vacation spot.

Cozy spot

My wife and I wanted to check the Sandbridge area out, and Sea La Vie was a great place for a couple. Beautiful spot right on the bay. The little house was fully equipped and there were bikes and kayaks we made use of. The development had a pool, tennis/pickle ball courts, and was across the street from the beach. Our hosts Badria and Jay were very responsive to any questions. Highly recommend!

Nice location right on the water, great communication & Check in process. Very clean and comfortable full size bed! Things that could be improved: Queen bed is just a couch that can be turned into a bed and size wise seems too small to be a true queen. Also it was unstable because the plywood underneath fell in when we tried to pull it out, so my husband and I slept separately because we are not used to a full size, so he slept on the couch which was not what we expected to have to do. The shower pressure was very low and temperature was lukewarm. There was a weak spot in the floor at the foot of the bed and it felt like you could fall through if you weren’t careful. Overall these things were pretty minor and we still enjoyed our time at Sea La Vie.

Cute Quarters with Amazing View

We really enjoyed our stay here. Minor hiccup we encountered was after a long drive we arrived and there was no running water. The property owners fixed it promptly early the next morning. The view and dock are incredible. It is a small space but cozy and they have everything you need to cook and make yourself at home. Our dog loved it and they even had treats and a dog toy for our girl. Overall a great stay and prompt communication from the owners. The gas ran out and they very quickly instructed us how to change the propane tank.

Sea la Vie

Our stay at Sea la Vie was wonderful. It was myself, my husband, 2 grown daughters and a dog. While it was tight, there is plenty of sitting room between the outside and inside that we were all comfortable. The deck is lovely and the constant breeze kept the bugs away. We ran into technology issues at check in and the hosts were very quick in responding over text to get us smoothly checked in. Would definitely recommend.
