"The communication with this host is not good. It made check in a little frustrating. However, the villa is very nice and new. My only complaint is there is a washer but no dryer. To make it worse, there no designation to air dry our clothes either. We had to gather all the hangers in all the closets and dry them randomly around and outside of the villa. The worst thing about this villa is the super low water pressure. It made showering unpleasant. We only stayed one night so this didn’t seem...

"There was damage to the space due to the weather but we were not notified until we arrived. We did not have enough beds for everyone in the party and had to sleep on a rollaway bed with no sheets. Contacted the property manager and they only told us to be sympathetic to their situation and then stopped responding overall. I asked for a partial reimbursement since we didn’t get to use the full booking. There was no communication on how to check in and we were rerouted multiple times which is...

"Fantastically beautiful resort, where every detail has been thought of from the entrance to the sea! The vibe is cosy and the staff is very friendly. Everything is clean, stylish and on point. We have enjoyed the peaceful surroundings. There are neither too many people, too loud music nor too many wild activities. It has been nice for our family to really slow down and get a break from the stress of everyday life."

Stole money for stay…

"Booked and paid through hotels.com, on arrival they needed physical payment card for confirmation, they said they cancelled the original payment, so now they have stolen double price for the stay and doesn’t answer me…"

"We had a wonderful stay at fusion resort and would highly recommend this place to family and friends. The staff were so service minded, friendly and kind. The food, surroundings, spa and our ocean view pool villa were outstanding. A special gratitude goes to our host Aelia. She made us felt very welcome, picking us up from the airport, guiding us through the resorts assortments and made our accommodation extra special. "
