"The Rodman Hotel is a wonderful heritage building, if you are looking for old world charm, this is the place. The surrounding grounds are well kept and provide a great space to wander around and relax. The bedroom suite was a very generous size and extremely comfortable. Whilst there are no dining facilities, the hotel maintains a tea and coffee area for guests as well as cold water and orange juice. We will be staying at this property again in the future."

"We had an issue with the shower faucet in the morning, faucet didn’t shut off. They fixed it by the time we got back. Friendly staff!!
I was lucky to book at such short notice. And lucky enough there were still rooms available.
The only negative thing I can say is that rooms don’t seem to be well-insulated, that I can hear others outside and/or other rooms. Other customers were such complainers even when we were just walking along the hallway.

"The staff were super friendly and accommodating. We required extra parking, and they were super helpful. Special thanks go out to Jules and Rob for their assistance. We loved the pool and the outdoor patio space. The suite was nice with a heart-shaped jacuzzi, and it had plenty of space. The only thing missing was a microwave. Walking to Clifton Hill was easy. We will stay there again as the property felt cozy and inviting. We didn't want to leave! "

"Hotel is in great area accessible to restaurants, casino's, falls etc, has a nice pool. Only issue a had which is not a biggie is every time we go they have no ice and tell me the ice machine broke down the other day and is out for service"

"Wow! A 7-foot steam shower in our room after getting soaking wet (on purpose!) on the Niagara Falls tour? This was a surprise, and the perfect warm-up after getting so chilled! Breakfast the next morning was outstanding....the flakiest croissants, French press coffee, fresh fruit, yogurt, artichoke quiche! Our room was enormous. I've recommended this hotel to everyone we stayed with on our vacation to Ontario!"

"Great stay! So thankful for availability last minute when we didn’t know about the civic holiday and everything was booked! Lower floor not as sound proof as I had hoped but that’s ok! That is my ONLY complaint! Breakfast was phenomenal! So many options! Sideline next door was so good we went twice with our hotel discount! "

"Dejligt store værelser med en fantastisk udsigt over vandfaldene (premium med to queensize med Fallsview var bestilt).Vi fik værelse på 15. sal. Fantastisk at kunne følge udsigten fra solopgang til lysshow om natten. Lidt svingende hvad roomservice fik fyldt op med, men overordnet fin service. Kort gåafstand til kabelbane til Behind the Falls og busforbindelse til de øvrige forlystelser."
