"Very little in this hotel lived up to our expectations apart from the it's proximity to the town centre. We found that some of the staff the staff on reception were very offhand and not very helpful (one person was very helpful!). The hotel doesn't seem to be interested in casual tourists. There is no tourist information whatsoever in reception apart from a map of the town centre available.All in all it did not live up to the 4 stars awarded."
