"Loved the clean room, comfortable bed, friendly staff. I didn’t enjoy what was on offer at the free breakfast , but other guests seemed to like it. On site self serve laundry facilities and self parking were much appreciated. Nice fitness room and outdoor pool. The area felt safe. All in all we really enjoyed our stay. Good value for money. "

"It was an great hotel. Very modern, very clean. The pool/hottub is in the roof and is very nice. Staff were all very nice and helpful. The mattress was a little to firm but that would be the only complaint. Theres a bar next door that play live music late but your in Mexico and th a ts a bonus. Less thst a mile from the hitel zone. The hotel zone is more modern than the melacon and cleaner. Stove, microwave, fridge,coffee maker. Nice bathroom 🚻 "

"We stayed at the BON Hotel over Christmas break with our family—three children (ages 8, 3, and 1) and my 76-year-old mother—and overall had a very positive experience.

"The room was kept very clean and nice. The staff are almost all very kind and friendly. The ones who helped with our luggage and getting a taxi were exceptional. The food for dinner in the buffet could be better. The watermelon and apples were soggy. The meat is overcooked and hard to chew. Breakfast is very good. The wine was not good. The reserved meals were very good. We had a great time and enjoyed the food on the beach. Thank you!"

"Staff were very helpful and the food was delicious. Great location for easy access to the airport for our early morning flight, but doesn’t feel like an airport hotel. Nice pool area. A couple of minor negatives: the outside chairs are not very comfortable (not great for long sits), and the sliding door to the balcony from our room was rotting away and didn’t close properly, but otherwise a lovely place."
