Flot men meget langsomt wifi
Meget flot hotel med flotte værelser. Til gengæld er deres internet af den ringeste kvalitet jeg hat set på et hotel. Man kan så vælge at opgradere for 10€ pr dag. Helt ærligt. Come om!!!

Helt fint - bortset fra, at de opkrævede betaling for værelset igen.... og jeg har efterfølgende bedt dem om at overføre beløbet retur, - da jeg jo allerede havde betalt gennem jer. Jeg har kontakt til dem - og afventer deres tilbagemelding snarest. Det var Kristian der tjekkede ud, - så han troede det var ok - men da jeg kom ned i receptionen og sagde det var en fejl, - kunne de ikke gøre noget inden deres chef var tilbage dagen efter. Jeg har intet hørt fra dem, - men nu har jeg mailet til dem og spurgt hvad der sker i sagen.

This is one of the best, most spacious and comfortable hotels I’ve stayed at, with the most incredible service you will ever find. Special shout out to “Alberto”, he welcomed us and made us feel at home, same with “Saray”, always a smile on her face. Super special shout out to “Marcos”, WOW!!! I won’t give specific details about the circumstances because he did so much for us in such a short time, all I can say is the level of customer service and professionalism he displayed was far beyond what anyone could expect, going out of his way to help us. This hotel is comfortable, rooms are ample and very clean, it’s situated in a very central location, food was very good and fresh at breakfast and the restaurant very good too.

O hotel é muito confortável e muito bem localizado. O pequeno almoço é excelente, com muita variedade e alimentos de qualidade. O serviço é muito bom e os profissionais são atenciosos. O único ponto a demandar por aprimoramento é a internet. Pela noite, com o hotel mais cheio, o serviço de internet não é eficaz, sendo impossível se ter acesso a vídeos no iPad ou iPhone.

Un week-end de trois jours fin septembre avec 30 degrés pour profiter de la plage. L’accueil à la réception a été excellente et le reste du personnel toujours réactif et chaleureux. Nous avons prit deux chambres simples très bien équipées. La vue par contre donnant sur le buffet du petit déjeuner n’est pas top mais bon…nous étions juste là pour dormir. Plusieurs restaurants à proximité pour déjeuner et dîner excellents et, des boîtes de nuit assez festives à quelques mètres mais qui ne nuisent absolument pas à la tranquillité de l’hôtel. Un centre de fitness est également présent avec vestiaire et douche très sympa. Les chambres sont équipées d’un mini bar avec plusieurs boissons toujours réapprovisionné et gracieuse. Un voiturier est disponible pour garer votre voiture ou tout simplement vous la sortir du parking en s’adressant à la réception.

Recepção e quarto muito bons. Não tem mais nada.
Gostamos muito do quarto (top) e da recepção. Pena que o hotel não oferece mais serviços. Não usamos o café da manhã, mas pareceu excelente. O restaurante quase não existe. Tinha um estacionamento conveniado mas não vimos nada ao chegar e a recepcionista não avisou. A localização é boa, mas a vista não. Não tem um spa, uma piscina ou um ginásio.

Brilliant hotel in stunning city
This was my first visit to Vigo and it is an amazing place that few people will have on their holiday agenda. It is an amazing city with lots to do and see and incredible scenery around it. The hotel made the journey worthwhile and is 10 minutes downhill from the main station. Beautiful building, good staff and the bedroom was amazing. Would highly recommend both Vigo and this hotel to anyone thinking of visiting.

Excellent location
We stayed in a junior suite. The room was clean and very spacious. The hotel is located about 10 to 15 minutes walk from both train stations and is a short walk to the old part of city and port. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this hotel, and would stay again here.

Top notch place in great location
The hotel General Manager kindly areanged an early Check In for ys as we had an early arrival time. A FREE drin if re-use towels, a nice Green initiative, so we got a Complimentary drink each. The location is perfect for all the sights of the city.

Una gran propiedad en el centro de Vigo, rodeado de bares y restaurantes, una gran vida nocturna se respira cerca de este hotel. Lo recomiendo sobre todo las habitaciones "premium" son un poco más amplias que las demás. El desayuno también muy bueno. El servicio es muy amable, si vas a Vigo vale la pena hospedarse ahí.
