"I feel I received the best service and the best room possible at We Home. I did see a few other rooms in the building in passing and they weren't as nice as the one I got, so it really depends on which one you get. Having a smart TV with YouTube and Netflix was very luxurious and it really helped me relax as I'm a solo traveler. The building is located down an alley that really helps block out the traffic noise. I was there for two weeks and the first week was surprisingly, incredibly quiet but...

"We stayed for about 10 days. The location for us was ideal-halfway between the city and the beach. We enjoyed biking in the rice fields and to the beach (about 10 minutes to beach). We cooked a lot and the kitchen was great. (Good size fridge and a rice cooker.) There is also purified water on tap which was a great help as we did not have to buy water. Keith, the landlord, was very helpful getting us settled in and putting us in touch with tours etc. There are other tourist villas in the area...

"Things to know, there are TWO The Manor buildings. I was given the address 92, but the address is 89 Nguyen. Helpful staff greet you, reception explains the key is in a mailbox which opens the doors from the lobby to the lift. Your door key code LIFTS UP and there you will type in the code. The roof pool is exceprional and romantic withbstunning city views."

"The perfect and new residence at the edge of the night market and two hundred meters from the river and bridge crossing into the Ancient City. Unlimited restaurants and entertainment while also very quiet. Rooms are newly completed with very comfortable bedding and great light. The corner room (304) even boasts two balconies. Fantastic host. Will be my next stay for my next visit to An Hoi - seventeen nights this stay."

"It was a nice clean room and a good district, but it was pretty noisy at night from the clubs nearby, Another thing. It looked a lot bigger from the photos, and it looked like there was a kitchen included, but the kitchen was shared on the floor above. Communication with the host was very nice and easy."

"The property was AMAZING. Awesome pool and fully equipped kitchen. There were 2 things that bothered us during the trip. There wasn’t any body shampoo and hair shampoo as promised. The other thing was the fan that wasn’t working at the living room. That bothered us A LOT, as that living room-kitchen-dining hall area was really really warm starting from afternoon till late night due to all the heat trapped inside. "Only stayed one hour due to the cleanliness of the room. Hair covered the floor and bed, multiple coloured stains on the bedsheets along with ANTS crawling in one of them, the toilet was covered in urine stains and the towels had not seemed to be washed but rather just taken and refolded, I could see the crust on the towels, condoms were on the mini fridge and the rooms air quality was dusty. Couldn’t even check out as there was no employees to be found after looking. Avoid this place at all...

So the most the owner should charge me is 105,000-110,000VND but she asked for 200,000VND. It’s 4:30am and I didn’t want to miss my tour bus nor did I want to argue and disturb other dorm-style guesses, so I paid 200,000VND!
