"Room was clean and nice. Remote wouldnt turn on tv. Bathroom light never turned off and ac wasnt that cold. The area at night is sketchy. Staff was good."

"I am very picky about my room and I was impressed. It was so clean - Sheraton will always be my hotel of preference from now on. Although the parking was pricey, they made it easy and easy."

"This is not a hotel that you stay at with a family, it was filled with construction workers. When we arived we immediately noticed that the parking lot was a hang out spot. We got to our room and noticed that there were hand prints on the headboard of the bed....it smelled musty, the bathtub had water stains in it and the surfaces were questionable. We advised the hotel staff, only one worker in the whole hotel at this point. She was very nice and did her best to remediate the stuation and we...

"It's ok to stay 1 night. I liked the shower, it is good muscle massage in hot water."

"First room, the toilet didn't flush. had to change to another room. The second room did not have a trash can in the bath room and no cups, also only had one bath towel. Has to go back to the office to get more towel and cups."

"Staff was helpful, but, was alone and line was long. He had no helpers. He was doing the best he could for checking guests in and guests coming by and had to ask to redo their keys. The grounds and landscaping of of the Motel were in terrible shape and not maintained at all. The rooms were cheap looking, Twin bed was a folding bed and think mattress, bathroom outdated, small and not homy. Not sure if I will stay there again..."

"The air conditioner in our room was extremely loud, so we had to turn it off to be able to sleep. However, the room became very cold in the middle of the night. Also, the breakfast was not as described in the listing. It was far from a continental breakfast and overall felt very basic and below expectations."

"There is no bar, restaurant. They offer complimentary breakfast but there was no restaurant at the hotel. Valet parking is the only option at 47.00 per day. The hotel is dated and needs to be remodeled. The rooms are small and restrooms need to be remodeled. I will not be back."

"They give me the third floor but did not let me know that elevator was broken .. hard for me to go up / down the entire time I’m there"

"the shower had mold all though out the tub, sink and toilet looked like they hadnt been cleaned. its fine if you need somewhere cheap to stay the night and you dont plan on being in the room other than to sleep."

"Amazing place to stay. Very Clean room, walking distance to some eateries and Safeway supermarket. Ample parking. Staff is responsive and I can get them anytime of the working day as they are very responsible. This gem is worth staying at."
