"Room was dirty. I was overcharged at check in. I was put in a room I did not reserve. I also. Was over charged for security deposit and was given 5 dollars less than what I was supposed to. I had a visit for 15 mins and was charged 10$ staff was rude"

"This was an older facility. Staff was very good. I would stay again.."

"We stayed in room 300. The door sticks and the air conditioner was very loud. All the hiltons and hamptons need to invest in higher toilets. Staff was great. Breakfast was hot and easy to navigate and parking was well lite and plenty of it."

"Room was very outdated lighting in the bathroom is horrible,no vent in bathroom to suck the steam out when ur getting a shower, floors in the whole room felt dirty like they wasn't mopped , mattress was very hard"

"Under construction and caused some backup in our sink and tub, but otherwise peaceful stay!!"

"Drain in tub was full of hair and not draining well. Shower head leaked water and no towel holder in bathroom."

"My door didn't lock properly when it did the was no key card i had to go to the desk so they could let me. When checking in they told me because i arrived late it was the only room they had left (yes i had reservations they gave my room to someone else yes they knew i would arrive late) The air conditioner didn't work, the fridge didn't work. Theysaid they would refund me if they couldn't find me another room then refused."

"I am accustomed to having a deposit put on my credit card when I check in & then being charged the full amount at the end of the stay. When I checked in, the full amount was charged to my credit card. I went to my room and it was difficult to open the door, which was because the room had been broken into, the door jam was bent, and appeared to have been pounded back onto place with a hammer.
