The apartment is located on a quiet side street in the 10th district, just a few minutes from Vienna’s main train station. The neighborhood offers a perfect mix of calm residential atmosphere and excellent city access. Popular restaurants like Kent and the highly rated Ferhat Döner are only a short walk away. Around the Columbus Center, you’ll find plenty of shops, cafés, and restaurants. Several supermarkets are close by, as well as cozy breakfast spots such as Café Z, Café Kriemhild, and Der Mann.
