Welcome to the Charming Apartment, perfect for a family of up to 4 people. Located on the 1st floor with elevator access, this apartment is designed for comfort and convenience, ensuring a pleasant stay in Vienna.

The Apartment includes a living room and 1 big bedroom and it is optimal for a family up to 4 people.
The apartment is located near Yppennplatz, Huberpark and Brunnenmarkt.

The Apartment has 52 m² and is optimal for up to 4 persons (family with 2 children). It is on the 1st floor (with elevator). The bedroom has a double bed (width of 180 cm) and 2 single beds. The living room includes a TV, kitchen and a dining room area. The kitchen is equipped with a stove, an oven, a refrigerator, a dish washer, coffee machine with capsules and a toaster. In the bathroom there is a shower, a sink and a washing machine.
The toilete is separate.

The will be clean only before and after your stay. If you wish to have extra cleaning, you can book it in our extra services for an additional price.

We offer monthly discount for longer period of stay. Please kindly let us know if you are interested in staying longer with us !

A security deposit will be held and authorized on your credit card during the reservation process. This amount is only authorized and blocked on your credit card and will be released within 7 days after check out if no damages are incurred during the stay.
Due to legal regulations, the guests have to enter themselves in an online guest book (name, identification data, address).

Please close all windows and lock the doors when you leave the apartment.

During the heating period: to save energy, please only open the windows briefly to air them out - do not leave them open or tilted open all the time.
Recommended room temperature for heating setting: 20-21 degrees Celsius; please do not set more than 22-23 degrees.
