The hotel is fine, pretty and with polite service at the counter. We had two issues though. The bathroom-door got stuck and my friend was locked at the toilet. The personel was fast to come and help him out. On a more irritating note the cleaning staff forget to know when they go in. They just open the door and enter. Even at our check out day they walked in early morning when we where sleeping. On check out day there should not arrive cleaning personel before we have checked out. Besides that it was a fine stay at the place

Forfærdelig morgenmad og middel værrelser
Knap så god oplevelse af et 4 stjerners hotel at være. Personlaet var ikke specielt rare og vi mødte ind til et værelse hvor sengen knirkede så man vågnede hvis man selv vendte sig og ligeledes var der ingen sæbe. Morgenmaden var yderst ringe og bestemt på ingen måde pengene værd! Det bedste ved hotellet var dens beliggenhed som lå meget tæt på U-bahn dom vi brugte en del under vores besøg.

Gdt hotel med god beliggenhed ved metro
Godt hotel beliggende lige ved siden af metrostationen, så man kan nemt komme videre ud i byen. Vi var på hotellet i Corona tiden, men der var stadig mullighed for at tilkøbe morgenmad. Man kan parkere i hotellets kælder til 24 Euro pr døgn, vil man have det billigere så tag Park&Ride et par metrostationer væk til under 4 euro pr. døgn

We would like to point out that on all websites pertaining to the Austria Trend Hotel Ananas, the information can be found that in the period from February 2019 to January 2020 the underground station U4-Pilgramgasse is closed. We recommend to use the nearest stations U4-Kettenbrückengasse (650 meters / 10 minutes walk) or U4 Margaretengürtel (bus 12A direction Eichenstraße) to reach the Hotel Ananas. In addition, there are numerous bus lines (12A, 13A, 14A, 57A, 59A) in the immediate vicinity. The bus 13A offers a fast connection to the U3 station Neubaugasse, as well as a direct connection to the main Hauptbahnhof. We will continue our efforts to ensure our guests the best possible stay and look forward to welcoming you back to our hotel soon. Dårligt klimaanlæg god udsigt snævert men med plads til det hele. Opmærksomme folk i receptionen der var gode til anbefalinger, men ikke altid helt oppe på markerne.

Ok hotel
Hotellet lå et stykke fra centrum, men der var dog kun 20 min hurtig gang dertil - så det var ok. Men hvis man skulle være i Wien i længere tid ville vi vælge et hotel tættere på. Værelset var fint og havde gode senge og et rent og stort badeværelse. Personalet var venligt og hjælpsomt. Men indretningen var ret umoderne. Morgenmaden var god men ikke rigtig god.

Property is on the subway line. So convenient to take the subway anywhere. There is construction around the property which made us worry at first but it turned out not to be an issue.

Not a four star hotel, I don’t even know if it should be a three star. For one, even though I had booked a room with two beds, they initially gave me a room with one. They were able to find me a room with two beds. However, the room was terrible. There were coffee stirrers in the mugs they provided that looked as though they had been used. They provide you with two soaps, one for your hands and one for your hair/body, yet to me these looked to be the same. The shower was very small, there were not many towels. The room itself got stuffy quick. But my major complaint is that the place is full of pests! By our second and final night, myself and my travelling companion were covered in bites! We looked around for bed bugs but could not find any, but there was definitely something biting us, perhaps another bug or a spider. I would never recommend this place to anyone. The staff were generally unfriendly, aside from one or two individuals. The location is ok, right by the subway and quick to get around. However, there is construction going on right beside the hotel. In all, if you are reading this, DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL. There are plenty of other places at this same price that would be so much better. I know this because after the first night I was looking up different accommodations, considering leaving this place.

Ho apprezzato molto la comodità di avere la fermata della metro a neanche 5 minuti a piedi dall'hotel. Il personale disponibile e gentilissimo. Zona silenziosa e materasso molto comodo. Ho dormito benissimo. Colazione a pagamento extra di 15 euro a persona, che per i prezzi di vienna è ok, anche perche è molto varia. Trovate davvero di tutto...ottima.

Très bien situé, métro à proximité, calme. Personnel très professionnel. Importants travaux de réfection du métro aux abords de l’hôtel, mais pas nuisibles. Beaucoup de tags dans le quartier, mais c’est la ville entière qui en est remplie ….

Hotel viejo pero grande y en general bien. Limpieza general bien, el desayuno excelente (sí incluyanlo). El wifi nunca sirvió y la gente en recepción no es precisamente servicial, así que nunca lo resolvieron. Por el momento la obra del metro afuera es algo incomoda, por ruido, ratas y la comodidad nocturna, pero es ajeno al hotel.

This was really the best hotel we were on our trip for two weeks. We stayed for five nights. Wonderful bedroom and bathroom. Front desk staff amazing, they helped us in everything we needed. And always with a big smile on the mouth. I want to recognize the job done by Lisa and Sara at front desk, and the job done by John in the restaurant serving us with excellence. Thanks for all John, Lisa, and Sara. If I will be in Vienna again, no doubt I will be in the Ananas. It is located very close to the city center, and close to the Schonbrun Palace too. Keep the good job guys! Thanks.

조금 오래된 호텔의 느낌이 있으나 전반적으로 깔끔해서 불편한 것 없었어요. 화장실도 깨끗하고, 미니 냉장고가 있는게 좋았어요. 근처에 마트랑 빵집도 있구요. 무엇보다 바로 앞에 지하철역이 있는게 큰 장점이라 중심가랑 조금 떨어져 있어도 큰 불편함을 못 느꼈어요.
