"Beautiful home in a quiet residential neighborhood. Very easy access to train and bus stations. Easy for Uber and taxis to find. Can walk to grocery stores and restaurants. About 20 minutes by train to most major Tokyo attractions. Tanuki is a great host. Checks to see you are OK via text. The home has all conveniences that are simple to use. "東京に住んでいる親戚と会うために利用しました。かなり良かったので、次回東京に行く際はまた利用したいと思いました。 ●外見は古いですが、中はリフォームしてあるのでキレイです。 ●施設前の道が意外と広く、人の乗り降り、荷おろしも余裕をもてた ●ウェルカムギフトがたくさん！こどもたちと喜ぶお菓子と、大人が喜ぶドリンク(アルコール)まで！ ●バスタオルも小さいタオルもたくさん置いてあるので安心 ●調理器具や食器も豊富にそろえてある ※京王線の近くで、電車の音が気になりました。が耳栓も置いてあり対策済でした。宿泊者とオーナーのやり取りするノートが置いてあり、宿泊者のメッセージにオーナーさんがちゃんと返信しており、オーナーさんへの信頼感が上がりました。 1泊だけでしたがとても気持ち良く利用させていただきました。ありがとうございました！"

"とても安いのにお部屋なのにとても綺麗でダブルベッドが4つとキッチン、中サイズの冷蔵庫付きで、とっても良かったです。シャワーは笑えるくらい超狭かったですが、180㎝の旦那も入れました（笑）ただ、写真ではタオルが用意されていたのですが、当日は無かったので、持ち合わせていたハンドタオルで何とか拭きました。ロックボックスの連絡を３日前には入れて頂けたら安心できたと思います。東京に行く時は次回も予約しようと思います！！　ありがとうございました。"

"Great stay! The property manager/owner was very responsive to our questions. Although the house was further out of the city (Tokyo), the neighborhood was very quiet and walkable and within a 10 minute walk to a main train station. My only suggestion….place a sofa or seating in the room next to the kitchen and move the tv in the same room. Great stay overall! "

He was very prompt and helpful in all communications, from our initial inquiry through to check-in and check-out.The location is convenient—Kokubunji Station is only 15 minutes from Shinjuku, making it a good base for exploring Tokyo and beyond. "My wife and i have three kids so it can be difficult to find a place to stay. This place was perfect. There was lots of space, great shower, very clean, a good washing machine, comfortable beds and a very nice location. The parking was also very nice. The manging staff was very helpful and responsive. We would definitely stay here again."
