"I had absolutely zero issues with staying here. My room was spacious, clean, and had a bunch of great amenities. Room service was between 10 am and 2 pm. The staff were friendly and quick to do check-in/check-out as well.

"The twin room had a two-seater sofa in-between the twin beds, which was very helpful for various uses, besides relaxing. The free breakfast was a simple yet nutritous offering that included juice, cofffee, miso soup as well as rice balls and various side dishes. Employees including reception and housekeeping staff were very friendly and helpful."

"The clean room, bedding, and new open-air bath were the best bathing time to feel the green and scent of the trees. The amount of food is appropriate and good. All-inclusive snacks are nice if there are more salty things. I'm grateful that I had a very comfortable and wonderful time. The staff were all smiling and very kind."
