"Overall, the stay was okay and the hotel staff was very nice and welcoming and not cold and disrespectful as cited in some of the comments. But there are some elements that must be regulated in order for the hotel to attract more customers and see an increase in positive customer feedback.
The positive:
- Nice and welcoming staff, 24/7 service.
- Close to Masjid Nabawi (10 minutes walk).
- Many local shops and pakistani restaurants right outside the hotel.
- Nice and clean sheets, duvets and...

"I had a great stay at this hotel. It was very clean, and the service was excellent throughout my stay. The staff were professional and welcoming, and everything was well organized. The prices were very reasonable for the quality provided. The hotel is also conveniently located close to Jeddah Airport, which made my travel much easier. I would definitely recommend this hotel."

"Overall, a great stay and perfect for families. Located within a 5-minute walk from King Fahd gate. The hotel is modern, clean and the staff provided a great service.
The service at breakfast was fantastic - the chef who made pancakes and omelettes was engaging and friendly. The cleaners, Aashiq and Ismail, were exceptional, friendly and very helpful.
I agree with other guests that the rooms were a little tight, but they had all the amenities and were very clean. "
