"Fantastisk hotel!
Bedste anbefalinger herfra."
"We spent two nights at SpringHill Suites. Here are the things we experienced:
1. TV had a blue tint, hard to see. We called the front desk and she said she would have someone come to the room to look at it or exchange it out for another. No one ever came.

I told the Front Desk staff about it who rolled her eyes and did not care at all. Their definition of...
"Dried blood on the bathroom door, dried blood on the comforter. There was a “K” on the one end of the bedding and the blood was on the other end. The soap dish in the bathroom has coagulated soap all around the base and counter so it’s not being wiped down. It was gross. The lady at the counter who was irritated with us standing at the counter when checking in was only there one day thankfully. The rest of the staff was pleasant."
"Our only disappointment was we were there 3 days and no one ever straightened our room. We were gone plenty during the day, leaving time for them to access the room."
