"The staff is friendly and helpful. I felt safe staying here. The room was big and clean. The beds are comfortable. The location was very good we were able to walk to nearby shops, restaurants, chocolate champagne.
We only had 2 hand towels in our room. We called the desk and towels were sent up quickly.
Didn’t really care for the shower water pressure.

"Lots to do here! We always enjoy our stay. Took some adjusting to the new card/elevator system. Lots of confusion with other guests. The Pool and Reggae night is a vibe. The lounge was hoppin’ late evenings on the weekends. Rooms are clean and beds are comfy. "

"The room was absolutely clean and the bed was so comfortable. The hotel is located perfectly on the main road, Virginia. Its also surrounded by great conveniences. (7-11, gas station, best buy, whole foods) That being said the area is quiet. Also the restaurant, Hot Chicks, is great! You Have to go in for a delicious meal. "

"The convenience of the location is unbeatable in many ways; the mall is just right across the street from the hotel; a shopping center with shops, Whole Foods Market, Barns & Nobles and restaurants are right next to it and walkable from the room. More shopping centers are less than a block away. Not to mention, high way is right next to the hotel. The room is very comfortable and quiet; we will go back when we are in Reno again."
