"Hot tub didn't work. Breakfast okay. Bed not comfy"

"This was a very nice place to stay. Great price for what little we needed. Owners were very nice. The property is clean and relaxing. They were full, but it was quite for the amount of people there. Nice place to use our tabletop camp stove to make supper and relax under the nice shady tree. The rooms are a little outdated, but things are clean and in good condition. The owners take pride in their place, and you can tell they care about their customers and their property."

"DO NOT BOOK A ROOM HERE. I’ve stayed here yearly since 2022, but this time, we were told our room was in “the other building”. This “other building” was in a different parking lot and had several boarded up windows/door. Parking lot full of garbage and dog feces. First floor smelled like feces. Filthy carpet. Had to shoulder the room door open (got worse throughout stay). Man from the front desk said he had to bring us towels and fix the TV (it never worked). Bathroom light was burned out; took...

"It was a classic slum motel. The room smelled bad, the bed smelled like it was 20 years old. The repairs done to damage was so amateur that the cracks in the wall were done with spray foam and not even wiped off. Oh and the worst thing was I had no hot water to shower in. 1-star rating for sure."

"It was a clean facility, easy check in/check out. Beds were comfortable. Son and I traveled in for a funeral and only stayed one night. Nice to have a Dollar General across the road."

"Thank you for a great stay. We used this motel as a central location while quail hunting. The room was spacious and had room for all our hunting gear. It was clean and the beds were comfy. If you stay in Beaver City, make sure you check out the Beaver Bar. This small town was very friendly and we appreciated getting away from the larger towns. "
