"Quiet and absolutely spotless. First floor accomodations. Walkable downtown community. Annie's was great for Breakfast. Grand Haven state park, beach and the lighthouses were wonderful. Looking forward to returning to this charming area to paint again soon. "

"This is one of the cleanest places we have stayed at, everything was wonderful! It truly felt like you were at home. The river view is so beautiful, and the hot tub was a great way to relax. We loved the downtown area, and the hosts have a list of recommendations and we went to the pizza place and 10/10! We wish we would’ve gotten one to go. Would love to visit again! 10/10 for the entire trip! "

"Great location. Everything was just as listed shows. Very clean and all new inside. Enjoyed watching all the wildlife, fishing and going out on the paddleboat. Will definitely be returning. Host was great, easy to work with and quick to reapond."

"We stayed four nights with our small dog and used this place as a home base. Everything was as described. This place is rustic, so there are cobwebs, the outside areas are weathered, etc… The house is located near an active train track, which can sometimes be noisy. Neighbors were nice and quiet. The outdoor area was perfect for our dog. The host was very nice and responded quickly to questions. "

"All aspects of this property met our expectations except for the bedroom situation. The property is listed as 5 bedrooms, but only one bedroom (new addition) has full walls. The other 4 bedrooms have open rafter ceiling which makes each room connected as far as noise is concerned. If you are traveling with other couples, this may not be advantageous. That being said, the location is great and the view from the deck is lovely. Jay is also a very gracious host. "
