"This apartment is beautiful. It’s in a fully finished basement with a kitchenette, private bathroom, in a lovely suburban home. Very clean, comfortable, private patio/entrance. Safe neighborhood, large mature trees. Amenities provided of bottled water, coffee & creamer, snacks. My daughter and I attend the Maryland Sheep and Wool Festival. Our contact was very helpful as the directions that were qiven to us on the app were on the opposite end of our street and the Canal was interesting to navigate to the address needed but Laura was so helpful and patient with us and made sure that we located it and were safe."

"Stayed during Christmas holiday while visiting family. Property is large and had plenty of room even when we hosted Christmas dinner for immediate family. Since I was cooking, the kitchen was very important. Grace’s kitchen is stocked with good quality dishes, pans and tools. This was our second stay at Chateau Ridge and it won’t be the last."

"The space was ideal for me. Wish i could have stayed! The property had 2 nice features that made the most impact, the bed and the shower head. The living room couch isnt very comfortable but still worked. Listing says only dogs under 20lb is allowed and it's the neighborhood rule, but there are many very large dogs in the neighborhood. That was a little disappointing."

The breakfast basket was such a personal touch and there was even a welcome gift bag for each of us. They thought of everything. Can't even decribe how comfy the bed and pillows were. "We found the apartment to be clean and comfortable. It has a nice soaking tub. The only reason we would probably not rent again is because of the cooking pots and pans. They should of been thrown away a long time ago. If you don't plan on cooking any meals including breakfast it would great place to stay."
