"We changed Rooms after arrivel because our Room stinked of cigarettes and smoking. The other Room we got was dirty with trash in cabinets from previous guests. The towels were moist and had Brown spots on them. The drainage in the bath did not Work and the drain was covered in hair and dirt. We found paper from candy bars on the floor in the room. Really disgusting and when we told the staff about the smoking detektor AND the ICE machine alarm being broken they didnt do anything - so all night...

"We arrived about 8 pm, so did not take part in happy hour and did not use the pool, so unable to comment on those areas. Our room and bathroom were clean and quiet, beds comfortable. Nice selection for breakfast. Will definitely stay here again if passing through. "
