However, it was supposed to be a non-smking room but has a very strong odor of previous smoking. The air conditioner was ancient and did a fair job but was LOUD. "The staff was very helpful and attentive, but the overall condition and cleanliness of the property left much to be desired. While the front desk and check in area has been updated, the rooms and linens have not. The rooms weren’t clean. The linens (bedding, pillows, and towels) all felt old and in need of a refresh. The hair dryer was electric taped together, the tub drained slowly but the staff fixed that right away. The air conditioner in 116 didn’t cool the room very effectively, but my...
