" The facilities were not bad, everything else was horrible. This IS NOT a luxury apartment. We arrived and the room was 85 degrees at least, and were told it will cool down in a while, was probably 3-4 hours. There were no bath towels, then they gave us 4 full-size towels. No other small towels, or a shower mat. They did eventually get us a shower mat. Also, no kitchen dish towels or dish rags were there, told them and we never did get any.
